TRAINING POLICIES

•  All training bookings require a non‑refundable deposit.

•  Remaining balances must be paid by the date stated on the course page.

•  If you need to reschedule, this must be done within the timeframe stated in our training policy.

•  Late arrivals may miss essential parts of the course and may not be able to complete the session.

•  Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course and assessment.

•  We reserve the right to reschedule training in unavoidable circumstances.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICIES

•  A non‑refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

•  Cancellations or rescheduling must follow the timeframes stated on the booking page.

•  No‑shows or late cancellations will result in the loss of your booking fee.

•  Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

•  Please arrive on time to ensure your full appointment can be completed.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

PRODUCTS-

•  We do not accept returns on used or opened products.

•  If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within the timeframe stated on your order confirmation.

•  Refunds are only issued in line with consumer rights and after assessment of the issue.

TRAINING-

•  Deposits are non‑refundable.

•  Refunds are not issued for change‑of‑mind cancellations.

•  If we cancel a course, you will be offered an alternative date.

SHIPPING POLICY

•  Orders are processed within the timeframe stated at checkout.

•  Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier delays.

•  Once dispatched, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier.

•  Lost or delayed parcels must be raised with the courier first, then with us if further support is needed.
