THE STORY OF NAIL DOLLS UK
THE BEGINNING
The brand started after already been in the industry for years with hands on experience. Working with clients and seeing how social media had taken off and how much this influenced the education of future and current nail technicians. It was clear there was struggles and a need for clear, transparent training, structure and support of products, branding, nail health and more - because let's be honest, we shouldn't believe everything we read on social media. I wanted to make sure I had the right tools, knowledge and commitment to know how to correctly train Nail Dolls products and how to educate and link these into training too.
THE JOURNEY
Building a brand isn't easy, it takes time, knowledge, rights and wrongs.
The first steps was finding the right manufacturing for the products I wanted, I knew I wanted products that helped new nail technicians as well as been an easier system for advanced nail technicians. It took in total 3 years to build a brand, product, research, manufacturing, testing, rolling it out and all the trial and errors.
It's years of commitment, years of educating yourself, learning and focusing on the end goal of what you want.
THE MISSION
Our mission is to provide training and products that help nail technicians work safely, confidently and professionally without breaking the bank. We don't over charge, we don't undercharge ourselves. Everyone is able to decide how they want to work and function and just because we are cheaper than others doesnt mean our products aren't to the same standards, because who knows we may be manufactured in the same factory. Its understanding that everyone deserves a chance to start with out branding greed and this is something we will stand by.
